イタリアで**長期滞在許可証（Permesso di Soggiorno UE）**の申請準備を進めていると、必ず必要になるのが次の2つの証明書です。

アクセス先： Giustizia.it – Prenotazione Certificati

（法務省公式の「Prenotazione certificati online」ページ）

📄 無犯罪証明書
（Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale）
📄 起訴・係争中がない証明書
（Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti）

今回、ミラノでこの手続きを行うためにオンライン予約をしたのですが、イタリアならではの”洗礼”を受けることになりました😂
同じように「画面が進まない！」「エラーで予約できない！」と困っている方の参考になれば嬉しいです✨

💻 トラブル発生！
「Accedi al Servizio」を押しても画面が開かない…😱
まずは法務省（Ministero della Giustizia）のポータルサイトへアクセス。
「Accedi al Servizio（サービスにアクセス）」をクリック！
…のはずが、
❌ 何度押しても次の画面へ進まない…。
ブラウザを変えたり、 キャッシュを削除したり、 スマホやパソコンで試したり…。
それでも全く反応せず、
「サーバー障害？」 「またイタリアあるある？」
と半ば諦めかけていました😅

💡 原因はまさかの受付時間！
粘り強く何回も心みてみると、驚きの事実が判明しました。
なんと、私が確認した時点（2026年）では、オンライン申請システムは午前中（おおよそ9:00〜12:30頃）の時間帯しか利用できないようでした。
「オンラインなんだから24時間使えるでしょ！」
…と思っていた私は見事に撃沈😂
受付時間内にアクセスし直したところ、それまで何時間悩んでいたのが嘘のように、あっさり次の画面へ進めました✨
デジタル化されても「受付時間」の概念は健在。 さすがイタリアです（笑）🇮🇹

📝 証明書受け取りまでの流れ
✅ ステップ①
法務省サイトでオンライン申請
法務省のサイトから必要事項を入力して申請します。
申請が完了すると、
🔑 Codice di Prenotazione（予約コード）
が発行されます。
このコードは後で必要になるので、必ず保存しておきましょう！

✅ ステップ②
ミラノ検察庁で受け取り予約
次に、ミラノ検察庁の予約サイト

• アクセス先： Procura dellんa Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Milano （ミラノ検察庁の公式新サイト）へアクセスします。

サービス一覧から
📌 Ritiro Certificati Casellario （証明書受け取り）
を選択。
その後、
✔ 氏名
✔ Codice di Prenotazione（予約コード）
を入力し、
📅 カレンダーから希望する受け取り日時を選んで予約完了です✨

⏰ 受け取りの目安
通常申請（Senza Urgenza）の場合は、
📅 オンライン申請から3営業日以降
の日程を選択する必要があります。

If you’re preparing your application for the EU Long-Term Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno UE) in Italy, you’ll need these two important certificates:

📄 Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale
(Criminal Record Certificate)

📄 Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti
(Certificate of No Pending Criminal Proceedings)

You can apply through the Italian Ministry of Justice’s official “Prenotazione certificati online” service.

When I went through this process in Milan, I ran into a very… Italian surprise! 😂

🚨 Trouble!

“Accedi al Servizio” Wouldn’t Open…

I accessed the Ministero della Giustizia website and clicked:

➡️ Accedi al Servizio (Access the Service)

…but nothing happened.

❌ I clicked again and again…
❌ I changed browsers…
❌ I cleared my cache…
❌ I tried both my phone and my computer…

Still nothing!

At first, I thought:

🤔 “Is the server down?”
🤔 “Is this just another Italian moment?”

💡 The Unexpected Reason: Office Hours!

After trying over and over, I finally discovered the cause.

At the time of my application (2026), the online reservation system seemed to work only during the morning, approximately:

🕘 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

I had assumed that because it was an online service, it would be available 24/7…

Well… I was completely wrong! 😂

As soon as I accessed the website during those hours, everything worked perfectly and the next page opened immediately.

Even in the digital age, Italy still has office hours… even for online services! 🇮🇹🤣

📋 How to Receive Your Certificates

✅ Step 1: Apply Online

Complete your application through the Ministry of Justice website.

Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a:

🔑 Codice di Prenotazione (Reservation Code)

⚠️ Be sure to save this code—you’ll need it when collecting your certificates.

✅ Step 2: Book Your Collection Appointment

Next, visit the official website of the:

🏛️ Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Milano
(Public Prosecutor’s Office of Milan)

Select:

📂 Ritiro Certificati Casellario
(Collection of Criminal Record Certificates)

Then enter:

✔️ Your name

✔️ Your Codice di Prenotazione

📅 Choose your preferred collection date and time from the calendar.

That’s it! Your appointment is confirmed.

⏳ When Can You Collect Your Certificates?

If you apply using the standard service (Senza Urgenza), you can book a collection appointment at least 3 business days after your online application.

💛 My Advice

If you click “Accedi al Servizio” and absolutely nothing happens…

⏰ Check the time first!

I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong before realizing it was simply outside the system’s operating hours.

Once I logged in during the morning, everything worked smoothly.
