今日は、5年間の滞在許可証を**長期滞在許可証（Permesso di soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo）**に切り替える為の申請準備をしてきました📄✨

最初は「必要な書類だけ確認できればいいな」と思い、CAF（行政手続きのサポートをしてくれる機関）へ相談に行きました。

ところが、スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、イタリア政府のデジタルサービスである CIE（Carta d’Identità Elettronica） に登録されている私の情報から必要なデータを確認し、その場で申請に必要な書類をすべて作成してくださいました👏✨

イタリアの行政手続きは複雑なことも多いので、こうしてサポートしてくれる場所があることは本当にありがたいです🙏

あとは、作成していただいた書類を郵便局（Poste Italiane）へ持って行き、申請手続きを進める流れです📮

今回かかった費用は(2026年度7月現在)

🟡 収入印紙（Marca da bollo）：16ユーロ
🟡 長期滞在許可証の申請関連費用：約130.46ユーロ
🟡 CAF利用の登録料＆カード代：約80ユーロ

合計しても、以前専門家の方にお願いしていた時の約400ユーロと比べると、かなり負担を抑えることができました😊

以前はCAFの存在も知らなかったので、今回こうして信頼できるサポート先を知ることができたのも、大きな発見でした✨

・Certificato del Casellario Giudiziale（無犯罪証明書）
※居住地を管轄する裁判所（Tribunale）で取得します。

一つひとつの書類を見ると「こんなに必要なの？」と思いますが、CAFの方に確認しながら準備できたので、迷うことなく進めることができました😊

ちなみに、私はまだ無犯罪証明書を取得していませんが、警察署（Questura）へ行く際に持参すれば大丈夫とのことでした。

郵便局で申請をした後、警察署での手続きは2〜3ヶ月ほど先になる予定なので、それまでに必要な書類をしっかり揃えて準備していきたいと思います💪✨

🌱 5年間を振り返って

気がつけば、イタリアに来て5年。

本当にあっという間でした🇮🇹

5年前の私は、まさかイタリアで生活しながら美容の仕事を続け、現地の資格取得に挑戦し、そして今、長期滞在許可証の申請を進めているなんて想像もしていませんでした。

海外で暮らすということは、楽しいことばかりではありません。

言葉の壁、文化の違い、慣れない行政手続きなど、何度も不安になる瞬間がありました。

でも、一つひとつ向き合いながら乗り越えてきた経験が、今の自分の大きな財産になっています🌱

そして今年は、美容の資格試験にも無事合格することができました💆‍♀️✨

さらに、美容室での新しい働き方についても少しずつ話が進んでいます。

長期滞在許可証も無事に取得できれば、イタリアで生活し、自分の夢に向かって進んでいくための大きな基盤がまた一つ整います✨

もちろん、この先ずっとイタリアに住み続けるかは、まだ分かりません。

でも今は、ここでしかできない経験を大切にしながら、もう少しイタリアで美容の世界を深めていきたいと思っています🇮🇹💆‍♀️

そして、これからもイタリア語の勉強を続け、もっと自分の可能性を広げていきたいです📚✨

🇺🇸 Five Years in Italy, Moving on to the Next Chapter ✨

Today, I prepared the application documents to change my current 5-year residence permit into a Long-Term EU Residence Permit (Permesso di soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo) 📄✨

At first, I was simply planning to visit a CAF (a service that supports administrative procedures) to ask which documents I needed.

However, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They checked my personal information registered through the Italian government’s digital service, CIE (Carta d’Identità Elettronica), and were able to prepare all the necessary application documents for me on the spot 👏✨

Italian administrative procedures can often be complicated, especially as a foreign resident, so I am truly grateful to have access to this kind of support 🙏

The next step is to take the completed documents to the post office (Poste Italiane) and proceed with the application process 📮

The costs involved this time were (as of July 2026):

🟡 Revenue stamp (Marca da bollo): €16
🟡 Application fee for the Long-Term Residence Permit: approximately €130.46
🟡 CAF registration fee & membership card: approximately €80

Even with these costs, it was still considerably more affordable compared to when I previously asked a specialist for assistance, which cost around €400 😊

I did not know about CAF services before, so discovering a reliable place that can support me with these procedures was also a valuable experience ✨

Looking at all these documents, I initially thought, “There are so many things to prepare!” 😅

However, being able to confirm everything with CAF made the process much clearer and allowed me to move forward without confusion 😊

By the way, I have not obtained my criminal record certificate yet, but I was told that it is fine to bring it when I go to the police station (Questura) for the next step.

After submitting the application at the post office, the appointment at the Questura is expected to be in around 2–3 months. Until then, I will carefully prepare all the necessary documents 💪✨

🌱 Looking Back on Five Years in Italy

Before I knew it, five years have passed since I moved to Italy.

It truly feels like it went by so quickly 🇮🇹

Five years ago, I never imagined that I would be living in Italy, continuing my career in the beauty industry, challenging myself to obtain an Italian professional qualification, and now preparing to apply for a Long-Term Residence Permit.

Living abroad is not always easy.

There have been many moments of uncertainty: the language barrier, cultural differences, and complicated administrative procedures.

But every challenge I faced and overcame has become a valuable part of who I am today 🌱

This year, I was also able to successfully pass my professional beauty qualification exam 💆‍♀️✨

Furthermore, new opportunities and discussions about my future work style in a beauty salon are gradually moving forward.

If I am able to successfully obtain my Long-Term Residence Permit, it will become another important foundation that allows me to continue building my life and pursuing my dreams in Italy ✨

Of course, I still don’t know whether I will live in Italy forever.

But for now, I want to continue cherishing the experiences that are possible only here, and deepen my journey in the beauty industry in Italy 🇮🇹💆‍♀️

I will also continue studying Italian and keep expanding my possibilities 📚✨
