その後、日本に一時帰国しアメリカンクラブに勤務🇯🇵
在職中に AJESTHE（日本エステティック協会）認定エステティシャン資格 を取得しています✨
イギリス・ロンドンでは🇬🇧
大規模ホテルスパにてスーパーバイザーとして勤務し、
多国籍なヨーロッパ人スタッフとともに現場運営やチームマネジメントを経験しました🤝🌍
さらにアメリカへ渡り🇺🇸
約5年弱、ホテル日航およびヒルトン にて
スパのテクニカルマネージャーとして、施術クオリティ管理やスタッフ育成、
オペレーション全般に携わってきました✨📈
現在はミラノ在住5年目🕊️
イタリアでの資格正式承認のため、
現地の美容専門学校に通いながらサロンワークを続けています🎓💼
国や文化、働き方の違いの中で実際にぶつかる壁や学びを、
リアルな視点で、これから少しずつ発信していけたらと思っています🌱✨

English:💆‍♀️Overseas Beauty Qualifications and the Reality in Italy 🇮🇹

Nice to meet you 😊 I’m Aska, currently based in Milan, Italy 🇮🇹✨ My beauty career started at 26 in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺, where I attended ACNT Beauty School and earned international beauty qualifications: CIDESCO Beauty, CIDESCO Spa, and ITEC Beauty 💆‍♀️📚.
After returning to Japan temporarily, I worked at the American Club 🇯🇵 and obtained the AJESTHE (Japan Esthetic Association) certified esthetician qualification ✨. In London, UK 🇬🇧, I worked as a supervisor at a large hotel spa, gaining experience in on-site operations and team management alongside a multinational European staff 🤝🌍.
I then moved to the United States 🇺🇸, where for nearly five years I worked at Hotel Nikko and Hilton as a spa Technical Manager, overseeing treatment quality, staff training, and overall operations ✨📈.
Now, in my fifth year living in Milan 🕊️, I continue salon work while attending a local beauty school to obtain official recognition of my qualifications in Italy 🎓💼. I hope to share, little by little, the real challenges and lessons I encounter navigating differences in countries, cultures, and work styles 🌱✨.
