「イタリアで働いてみたい！」「現地の学校では何を勉強するの？🤔」そんな疑問や期待を持っている方へ。

イタリアの専門学校や職業訓練コースでは、技術だけでなく、必ずと言っていいほどフリーランスで働く前に**「Diritto（法学・権利）」**の授業があります。なぜなら、イタリアで「正しく」働き、自分の身を守るためには、複雑な雇用ルールを理解しておくことが欠かせないからです💪

今回は、私が今まさに学校で学んでいる**「Lavoro Subordinato（従属労働＝雇われて働くこと）」**のリアルな中身をシェアします！✨

🎓 私が学校で学んでる「イタリアで働くための基礎知識」

イタリアの学校では、実生活で直面する以下の内容をかなり具体的に学びます。

1️⃣ 採用の証明「UNILAV」と闇労働の防止 🏢 採用が決まると、会社は勤務開始の1日前までに「UNILAV」という公的な報告を行う義務があります⏰ これにより、年金局（INPS）や労災保険（INAIL）に一括で通知されます。これがない仕事は「闇労働」になり、ケガをしても守られません！⚠️

2️⃣ 自分の価値を守る「レベル」と「給料」の仕組み 💶 イタリアには一律の最低賃金はありませんが、業界ごとのルールで「レベル（等級）」に応じた最低報酬が決まっています。

レベル: スキルや責任で決まります。勝手にレベルを下げることは禁止されています🚫
給料: 額面（Lordo）から税金などが引かれたものが手取り（Netto）です。長く働くと上がる「勤続手当（Scatti di anzianità）」についても学びます📈

3️⃣ 労働者の4つの義務と雇い主のパワー 👷‍♂️👔 働く側には、ただ作業をするだけでなく、以下の4つの義務があります。

🙇‍♂️ 服従: 上司の指示に従う（自分のレベルの範囲内）。
📄 契約遵守: 決まった場所・時間を守る。
💼 精励: プロとして責任を持って丁寧に働く。
🤝 誠実: 会社の秘密を漏らしたり、ライバル店を助けたりしない。これらを怠ると、段階的な「懲戒処分（罰金や解雇など）」を受ける可能性があることも学びました。

4️⃣ 大切な「退職金（TFR）」と辞め方のルール 💰 イタリア特有の制度「TFR」は、毎月給料の一部が積み立てられ、退職時にドカンと受け取れる大切なお金です💰 また、辞める時の「自己都合退職」は現在**オンライン（SPID）**での申請が必須！昔のように紙を出すだけじゃないんです。

イタリアの学校での勉強は、教科書の中だけの話ではありません。「上司にこれを言われたけど、私のレベルの仕事じゃないよね？」「給料明細のこの項目は何？🤔」といった、現地で自立して生きていくためのサバイバル術を学んでます！

知らないと損をしてしまうことも多いイタリア。でも、学校でこうした「権利と義務」をしっかり学んでおけば、自信を持ってキャリアをスタートさせることができますよ！

🇮🇹 Introduction: The first step to life in Italy is knowing the “Rules”

For those thinking, “I want to work in Italy!” or “I wonder what they teach at schools there? 🤔”

In Italian vocational schools and professional training courses, you don’t just learn technical skills. Almost always, before you even think about working as a freelancer, there are classes on “Diritto (Law and Rights).” This is because understanding complex employment rules is essential to working “correctly” and protecting yourself in Italy 💪.

Today, I’m going to share the real details of what I am currently learning in school about “Lavoro Subordinato (Subordinate Employment = working for an employer)”! ✨

🎓 Basic knowledge for working in Italy that I’m learning at school

In Italian schools, we learn the following topics quite specifically, as they are things you encounter in real life:

1️⃣ Proof of Employment “UNILAV” and Prevention of Illegal Labor 🏢 When you are hired, the company has an obligation to submit an official report called “UNILAV” at least one day before the start of work ⏰. This notifies the Social Security Agency (INPS) and the Insurance for Workplace Accidents (INAIL) all at once. Without this, the job is considered “Lavoro Nero (black market labor),” and you won’t be protected if you get injured! ⚠️

2️⃣ The “Level” and “Salary” System to protect your value 💶 There is no uniform minimum wage in Italy, but the minimum compensation is determined by the “Level (grade)” according to the rules of each industry.

Level: Determined by your skills and responsibilities. Demoting or lowering a level without a valid reason is prohibited 🚫.
Salary: The “Netto (take-home pay)” is what you get after taxes are deducted from the “Lordo (gross pay).” We also learn about “Scatti di anzianità (seniority pay raises)” that increase the longer you work there 📈.

3️⃣ The 4 Duties of the worker and the Power of the employer 👷‍♂️👔 As a worker, you don’t just perform tasks; you have the following four duties:

🙇‍♂️ Obedience: Following the employer’s instructions (within the limits of your level).
📄 Contract Compliance: Observing the fixed workplace and hours.
💼 Diligence: Working professionally, responsibly, and carefully.
🤝 Loyalty: Not leaking company secrets or helping competitor shops. I also learned that failure to respect these can lead to gradual “disciplinary actions” (such as fines or dismissal).

4️⃣ The Important “TFR (Severance Pay)” and Resignation Rules 💰 A unique Italian system called “TFR” is money where a portion of your salary is set aside every month and paid out in a lump sum when you leave the job 💰. Also, “Voluntary Resignation” must now be submitted online (via SPID)! It’s no longer just about handing in a piece of paper like in the old days.

Studying at school in Italy isn’t just about what’s in the textbooks. I’m learning “survival skills” to live independently here, such as: “My boss told me to do this, but it’s not part of my job level, right?” or “What is this item on my pay slip? 🤔”

There are many things in Italy where you might lose out if you don’t know the rules. However, if you study these “rights and duties” properly at school, you can start your career with confidence!
