今日は少し、日常のお話をします😌✨
先日、ミラノにある日本食レストラン 「若葉」 で、すき焼きをいただいてきました✨
すき焼きは、日本ではとても身近な料理で、
特に冬やお祝いの席で、家族や大切な人と囲むことの多い食事です🍽️
年始という節目に、彼と一緒にこの時間を過ごせたことは、
イタリアにいながらも、日本の季節や文化を静かに感じられるひとときでした✨
若葉では、お寿司だけでなく、
日本の家庭料理や丁寧に作られた本格的なお料理が揃っていて、
「海外で食べる日本食」というより、
“日本の空気を思い出させてくれる場所” という印象を受けました🥰✨
美容の仕事をしていて日々感じるのは、
食事や季節の食べ物、そして心が落ち着く時間そのものが、
美しさの土台になる ということです💮
体を温める食事、
誰かと食卓を囲む温かい時間。
そうした積み重ねが、肌や表情、
そして心の余裕に自然と表れてきます☺️✨
海外で暮らしていると、日本の文化や習慣は
「当たり前」ではなく、
「意識して取りに行くもの」 になります🌷
だからこそ、こうした時間を大切にしたいと、
改めて感じました😌

Tasting the Memory of a Japanese Winter in Milan 🇮🇹❄️🇯🇵　Restraunt Wakaba

Today, I’d like to share a little bit from my everyday life ✨
The other day, I went to enjoy sukiyaki at the Japanese restaurant “Wakaba” here in Milan ✨
Sukiyaki is a very familiar dish in Japan,
especially in winter or on special occasions,
when it’s often shared around the table with family or loved ones 💖
Spending this time with my partner at the beginning of the new year
was a moment where I could quietly feel the season and culture of Japan,
even while living in Italy ✨
At Wakaba, you’ll find not only sushi,
but also authentic Japanese home-style dishes, carefully prepared,
and rather than “Japanese food abroad,”
it felt like “a place that brings back the atmosphere of Japan” ✨
Through my work in beauty, what I feel every day is that
meals, seasonal foods, and moments of calm
are the true foundation of beauty 🌷
Meals that warm the body,
and the gentle time spent sharing a table with someone☺️💕
these small, meaningful moments naturally appear over time
in our skin, expressions, and sense of inner balance ☺️✨
Living abroad, Japanese culture and traditions
are no longer “automatic,”
but something you choose to reconnect with consciously 😌
That’s why I feel an even deeper desire
to cherish and protect these moments ✨
